When most people think about “getting results” from the gym, they immediately think about one thing: weight loss.
And sure, that can be part of it.
But if weight loss was the only thing that mattered, most people wouldn’t still be showing up years later. They wouldn’t build friendships, change their habits, or start encouraging other people to take care of themselves.
At CrossFit Influence, results mean something bigger than just a number on the scale.
The real results are what start happening in your life once you commit to taking care of yourself.
Let me explain what I mean.
Results Start With Showing Up
Most people who walk into our gym already know what they should be doing.
They know they should move more, eat better, and take care of their health.
What they struggle with is actually following through.
That’s where coaching, structure, and accountability come in.
At CrossFit Influence, results begin with one simple thing: consistency.
You don’t need perfect workouts or nutrition, you just need to keep showing up.
Over time, that consistency compounds into real progress.
Results Look Different for Everyone
One of the things I love most about our gym is that people come in with all different goals.
Some people want to lose weight.
Some people want to get stronger.
Some people just want to have more energy at the end of the day.
And some people are simply trying to prove to themselves that they can still do hard things.
All of those count as results.
For one person, success might be losing 40 pounds.
For another, it might be walking up a flight of stairs without getting winded.
For someone else, it might be finally committing to a routine and sticking with it.
There isn’t just one definition of progress here.
The Results That Matter Most
The most powerful results we see usually have very little to do with the scale.
Instead, they show up in everyday life.
Members tell us things like:
- “I have way more energy during the day.”
- “My confidence has completely changed.”
- “I’m a lot happier when I’m taking care of myself.”
- “I’m finally setting a good example for my kids.”
Those are the kinds of changes that last.
And they tend to spill over into everything else.
Work improves.
Relationships improve.
Stress becomes easier to manage.
All because someone decided to prioritize their health.
A Real Example
We recently had a member who lost around 60 pounds over the course of two years.
That’s an incredible accomplishment.
But what stood out the most wasn’t the weight loss.
It was how much her confidence, energy, and mindset changed.
She started believing in herself again.
She became a leader inside the gym.
Eventually, she even decided to become a coach so she could help other people experience the same kind of transformation.
That’s what real results look like.
It’s not just about the physical change.
It’s about the person someone becomes in the process.
Our Job as Coaches
Our job isn’t just to run workouts.
Any gym can do that.
Our job is to guide people toward progress.
That means:
- Teaching proper movement
- Adjusting workouts so everyone can succeed
- Helping people stay accountable
- Supporting nutrition and lifestyle habits
- Encouraging people when things get difficult
And most importantly, making sure everyone gets something out of every class.
That’s a non-negotiable for us.
The Truth About Results
Here’s the honest truth.
Results don’t come from one great workout.
They come from hundreds of small efforts stacked on top of each other.
A workout here.
A better meal choice there.
Showing up on a day you didn’t feel like it.
None of those things seem like a big deal in the moment.
But over time, they change everything.

We’ll help you build a plan that fits your life, your schedule, and your goals.
