I have always had a passion for group exercise and have been leading fitness classes since the mid-90s.  However, my outlook on what group fitness can do for your mind and body changed in 2013 after I completed my first CrossFit WOD.  CrossFit takes the energy and camaraderie of group fitness and incorporates the ability to measure and track your results.  This simple addition changes the dynamic by allowing participants to set goals and realize incremental improvements over time.   I enjoy nothing more than helping our members push past their perceived limits and get a little bit better every day.
