CrossFit Level 1
Coach
Fitness, health and wellness has been my career for the last 20 years. I work in the realm of Physical Therapy and know the benefits of daily physical activity. CrossFit can give that to you. I have been participating in CrossFit, in some fashion, for the last 10 years and before that I was a runner. Distance running was great but did not offer the strength gains I was looking for. I started lifting weights and remember how sore my legs would be from doing squats with even light amounts of weight. I wanted to get stronger and that’s when a friend asked me to come to a CrossFit class.
I was hooked and over the years of learning and practicing the movements of CrossFit I have continued to enjoy the workouts each time I walk into the gym. Whether it’s at work or coaching classes, I love teaching people ways to move better, get stronger and be safe while doing so. Everyone is looking for the fountain of youth and working in Physical therapy, I can tell you that strength training is that fountain. CrossFit will help you build that strength and much more. You will gain confidence, build lasting relationships, have the energy to do the things you want, and most importantly you will have fun while doing it. We all are hesitant to do something new but what if that new thing helped change your life.
CrossFit Influence and our coaches will help you with whatever fitness goals you may have.
