If you’ve never taken a CrossFit class—or if your past experience left you feeling uncertain—the thought of jumping into a new gym can be intimidating. A room full of people you don’t know, movements that might feel unfamiliar, and that little voice in your head wondering, What did I just sign up for?

Our expert coaches are here to guide you every step of the way, ensuring you feel supported, capable, and confident. Here’s what you can expect when you walk through our doors:

Every Class Starts at the Whiteboard

Before we lift a single weight or break a sweat, we gather at the whiteboard. This is where the coach explains:
✔️ The workout of the day (WOD)
✔️ The movements involved
✔️ The intended stimulus—what we’re aiming to achieve

No matter your experience level, we break things down so everyone understands the plan.

A Warm-Up with Purpose

Once the workout is explained, the coach leads the class through a warm-up designed to:
🔥 Increase core temperature
🔥 Improve mobility for the movements ahead
🔥 Prime your body for safe and efficient performance

Skill Progressions & Workout Scaling

Next, we focus on movement progressions—an opportunity to refine technique, build strength, and improve skills.

This is also when the coach ensures that every member has a plan to modify or scale the workout appropriately. The goal? To make sure each person gets the best workout for their current level while still hitting the intended stimulus.

Time to Work!

Before we start, we make any final adjustments, grab a sip of water, and take a quick bathroom break. Then it’s go time.

💪 Coaches stay engaged throughout the workout—watching, evaluating, and making corrections when needed. Safety and efficiency are our top priorities, and we’re always there to support you.

Finishing Strong

Once the workout is complete, we celebrate the effort—whether that’s a high-five, a fist bump, or just catching your breath with your classmates. Then, we:
✅ Record our results (time, reps, weight, etc.)
✅ Put away our equipment
✅ Cool down with stretching or foam rolling to help the body recover

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION REQUEST

All membership agreements require 14-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 14-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 14-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
